Alright, so this is a carbon copy of the El Rancho in Columbia Missouri. When I saw it was opening, I was very excited. They use authentic white queso cheese and grill everything up fresh right in front of you. Also has a couple of different Horchata's there. Burritos are top notch. They are big, and very flavorful. Much more rich in flavor than Chipotle, and a fairly extensive menu. You order at a counter and can wait and watch, or they will bring it to you. Also has the full line of Jaritos soda's. very good for a late night craving too. « Hide
