- 9 months ago Randy was a true professional and explained everything completely before starting. He did clean my entire HVAC system, start to finish. He also did an amazing job on my dryer vent as it was taking for ever to dry. Works like brand new today! I would certainly recommend Randy (and have) to all of my friends and neighbors.
- a year ago Great experience with California Air Duct Cleaning After doing some research, and sorting through the horror stories associated with some of the less scrupulous companies, I called California Air Duct Cleaning and spoke with Randy, the proprietor. He was very courteous and informative, and described the procedure for a whole house cleaning thoroughly. He arrived on time and got right to work laying down dropcloths so as not to dirty the work area. I had just moved in to a house I suspect had pets, and after looking at my air return to replace the filter, I knew I needed a duct cleaning. Randy went about a hard days work, and even showed me all of the debris he was sucking out of my system for his 'final push', and boy am I glad I called him! - a year ago Great service! Loomis: If you've got a clogged vent or duct, Randy is the guy to call. He is prompt, friendly and knows his stuff! Our vent was blocked by what turned out to be a dead bird. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything resolved quickly. This company prides itself on service and it shows!
- a year ago California Air Duct Cleaning is Trustworthy Rocklin: I had been told by service repair men that I should have my Dryer Air Duct cleaned. I put it off because of all the scams out there. Then I started noticing that the clothes were taking longer to dry so I started to search. I called several companies and reviewed their websites. I didn't like what I saw or what the person on the phone had to say. I liked what I read at California Air Duct Cleaning so I called Randy. He was upfront with me and he arranged his schedule to meet mine. He was punctual and courteous all the while explaining the process of cleaning the dryer duct. He cleaned up after he completed the job and secured the ducting to the dryer and wall to prevent it from slipping off. Like his motto says "Do it right the first time". I will definitely call California Air Duct Cleaning for future jobs and refer my friends to him!
