- Sep 26, 2011 When I first walked into the store, I thought it was going to be unfriendley. But I was greeted by a BIG WARM smile and friendley services!!! The sales clerks name was Liz and she treated me with so much respect as a customer that walked in with big eyes and little pocket book. Liz, took me around the store and showed me the items in my price range and I really appreciated that!!!! I will always come to this store first when looking for my jewerly because of the EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!!!
- Sep 17, 2011 Thomas Markle Jewelers has been the friendliest jewelry store I have ever been too. The customer service has always been spot on. Angie Forester has been my personal shopper, whether it be a custom diamond ring, a gift or just a battery. Always a friendly face and a smile when you go into the store just to browse or buy.
- Sep 9, 2011 By far, best selection of Rolex' s in Houston and wonderful knowledgable staff! Markle Jewelers actually gives you a 4-year warranty for your Rolex along with of the standard 2-year warranty from Rolex, called all over town and no one else in Houston does this. Loved their hospitality. I was there for a couple hours, drink in hand, and talked with Tom. Will definitely go back to purchase my wife's christmas gift.
- Sep 7, 2011 Throughout the years, I have built a great relationship with the staff at Markle jewelers. They definitely go above and beyond to treat everyone with respect and make them feel valuable. An example of this was when I was feeling really sick for a couple weeks, but I had this hears on fire necklace that caught my eye, on my mind. I called angie this one day and asked if I she could bring this necklace to my house bceause I wasn't able to travel. Immediately she did! It made me feel so great. Markle Jewelers is the best place to go for some serious retail therapy! I highly recommend building a relationship with their sales staff, they are awesome!
- Sep 3, 2011 Love TMJ!!!!!!!!!! Thomas Markle Jewelers is hands down the best jewelery store I've ever been to. The very first time I came to the store many years ago, the salespeople and staff blew me away with their exceptional customer service. They have treated me as royalty every single time I have came into the store, even offering me free jewelry cleaning and a huge selection of drinks. All of the staff are very genuine in wanting to make sure the customer is happy. I will continue to come to Thomas Markle for any of my jewelery and timepiece needs! Thanks so much Tom and the rest of the awesome staff!!!! PS I get so many compliments on my custom designed ring that my amazing husband, Tom and Ruben designed just for me!
