- Jun 20, 2011 Hate this. I walked in, told them I had a bad hard drive. They charged me 81 dollars to look at it. Called me back three hours later and said, "You have a bad hard drive". Nothing else can be done. What a wasted trip, could of just made a phone call.

- Dec 10, 2010 Walked in with a non-functioning hard drive, walked out with a new drive full of my old information. Great service and quickness. Would appreciate receiving boxes and packaging material when buying "new" equipment, though!

Throughout our growth and ever expanding need for programs, PC's, laptops and portable communications needs, Your Way has been there for us. As with any growing company, our issues have ranged from needed server space, additional soft ware and upgrades to constant back up of our very important files. In my opinion, Your Way and the techs at Your Way have been “top notch”. Andrew and his team has been on top of all of my needs and interests and problems and has solved these with good satisfaction. I certainly give Your Way and “A” for their help, continued support and very good problem analysis and problem solving.
