Jan 12, 2010If you are a small business owner, I would highly recommend Harmony as she has had years of learning what makes a site effective and is light years ahead of what most business owners have time to master. Her efficiency makes it affordable, because she can "just do it" instead of wasting time figuring out how to do it. With my limited time, nothing frustrates me more than repeated phone calls to get something done. But, this never was the case with Harmony. She was both responsive and proactive, frequently giving us e-mails of "bite-sized" assignments that we could do to keep her on track with getting the website completed. As far as results go, we are in the construction business and our inquiries had dropped off quite significantly due to the downturn in the economy. I was told they hadn't done that before BUT to my surprise they hit the nail on the head. Our website is a work of art and I get emotional everytime I look at it. Nov 12, 2009I have been working with SitebuilderNow for several years now on a variety of projects and have always found them to to be timely and helpful throughout the website set up process. They have hosted a large nonprofit organization site with e-commerce functionality which is based on a joomla template. They have hosted a small bed & breakfast site that among others. In both cases the service was good and the support charges quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend you talk to Harmony before you start your next web project. She'll even tell you if she doesn't think your project is a good match for the services SitebuilderNow offers - but most of the time she can help.
