Rooms were great. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach, shopping centre (including car rental) and hop-on-hop-off bus stop.

Buena relación calidad precio, detrás del hotel esta la escuela de hostelería, realmente merece la pena ir a cenar 30_50€ pero en un restaurante serían 100€...

The hotel is located really nice close to the beach, the rooms are nice but there are also a lot of odd things, one of the elevators was broken for 2 days, the rooms are cleaned up late in the afternoon, it could happen that it was cleaned up right when you came back in the afternoon. The breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel and the waiters are not able to clean the tables in a proper time, so very often there are a lot of used tables but no fresh ones so you cannot find a seat. Also there is no kind greeting when you enter the hotel, nobody is taking notice of you...
