- a year ago they added no value. They charged up front to regurgitate the problem description I gave them verbatum. And wanted another $170 to disable the mouse pad or if I got them the part it would cost that to fix it!!! Total WASTE of money and time. They wont see me or any of my friends.
- 2 years ago Long overdue Thank you! I have had several experiences with Computer Problem Busters over the years and they have saved my computer, data and sanity ...and always with a smile! I have been so pleased with their customer service (they never promise more than they can deliver) and their work, I have told friends, relatives and co-workers about them. I have only heard positive comments back from all those I've referred. If you're smart, you will seek out CPB with all your computer issues.
- 2 years ago Great work and very friendly I stopped into their offices recently with a crashed hard drive and left there with all of my data recovered and a new hard drive for my laptop. They were able to fix it while I waited and to save some critical files, I would have been sunk without them. The price they charged was surprisingly cheap compared to what Best Buy quoted when I called them before coming to Computer Problem Busters - I will definitely be back.
- 2 years ago THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY. This place gets my highest rating. I keep all of my business information on my computer and use it everyday. Everything was going fine when I shut it off one night. The next morning, my computer would start and end up with a blue screen with white letters. I brought it to them for a fix. They told me I had bad ram. I don't have a clue what that meant, but they sold me and put in the good ram and voila everything was back. This took less than a day. Another place that I called first wouldn't even look at it for two weeks.
- 2 years ago Doc Had major hardware issues and they fixed them for less than the quote and in record time. Couldn't be happier with the price or the service. Will recommend to friends.
