- Aug 4, 2011 Great staff, great work! I am very satisfied with the level of care and attention which I received. I never wait long, and everyone there is super friendly, informative, and my comfort was always of utmost importance. Dr. Aguilar is extremely professional, capable, and warm and I completely trust my teeth in her hands. After my initial visit, I sat down in a conference room with one of the staff who explained everything to me thoroughly - from the condition of my teeth to my treatment options - complete with a video of my option plan. I had been weary of going to the dentist for years from all the stories I heard about dentists around my neighborhood but after being recommended to visit this one it is well worth the one hour drive for me.
- May 25, 2011 Frustrating - I gave this place a 2 star because in my 4 years going there it was not all typically bad until their organization system completely went downward. What happened to you guys?! My appointments were not recorded in their appointment books even after reminder cards were sent to my house. Timing was all over the place. I was there almost 2 hours for just a cleaing..on several occassions! Still, I did not give up on this place so quickly. I stuck around for another year until my money started to become mishandled. They billed me for a past deductible which I had to show I already paid. They double billed my insurance company for certain claims. I ended up paying for things I had no clue my insurance would not pay for. Example, facial images. What are those for? The dentist office admitted AFTER the images were take that my insurance will not pay ...
- Apr 28, 2011 "I love my dentist” How many people that you know can say that. I've had an irrational fear of the dentist for as long as I can remember, mainly the needles. But after my first visit to Dr. Aguilar in September of 2010, I can honestly say, "I love my dentist!" She is super calm and puts you at ease immediate. She always remembers what we were talking about last time. It feels very warm and personable. All medical professionals should have such a great attuned and bedside manor!
- Dec 29, 2008 Great Visit I enjoy my experience with the doctor. They were frinedly and helpful, and made me feel relax with all of the treatment. I found the office to be clean and organice and everything seem to be in it's properplace.
