- 2 months ago Sumer Byrum was recommended to me by a neighbor. I had first contacted a realtor with a different agency and was told that my house would not be attractive to other people and that I would need to lower the list price from what I wanted. Sumer told me my house was well decorated (I had used a professional decorator) and she listed the house at the price I wanted. Within 4 months Sumer brought me an offer for 95% of the list price!! Everything went flawlessly with the purchase, inspections and closing because Sumer took care of everything. I only had to show up and sign the closing documents. If everyone at Coldwell Banker Kaiser is this professional and thorough, then no other realtors will ever be able to compete. I recommend Sumer for anyone looking to buy or sell a home; she is a delightful person, responsive, professional, and thorough. I cannot thank her enough.
- 3 months ago Brad was fantastic. He was very professional and well informed. He wasn't pushy and was extremely responsive whenever we had questions, which was often. We used him for both buying and selling our home, he was great for both. I would definitely use Coldwell Banker Kaiser and Brad again in the future, and would recommend him to anyone.

Without these three things, our home purchase would not have been the success it was. Sumer was filled with great information, and she knows what she's talking about.
