Excellent customer service, super fast communication and action. No pressure whatsoever. They diagnosed that my Hard Drive had physical problem that needed a clean room. However, 76% could have been recovered. Since I wanted all my data I've been referred to an other great place and my HDD is on the way already from them. I had to pay the shipping only. No data - no charge. Very honest company!

My worst nightmare occurred when my Western Digital 2TB external hard drive began making clicking noises and the computer plug&play stopped recognizing it. I foolishly thought my hard drive was the safest place for my data as I rarely used it and stored it in a waterproof fireproof safe, so I had no backup. BIG MISTAKE. My drive was full of court documents I needed ASAP, and I was about to be SOL. I brought my drive to UBreakIFix who couldn't do anything, and Best Buy's Geek Squad would look at it for $500 and the price could spiral up to $2500+ from there (and their online reviews for data recovery were concerning to say the least). I emailed every data recovery place I could find on the web, all wanting to take my drive apart in a "clean room" environment, meaning the minimum cost was around $1000 and I got quoted as high as $3000. I simply didn't have that kind of money, so I began looking for other options. The "freezer trick" was one a lot of people had tried, and I was about ... Show full review

Saved all my school work and $1000! Easy, quick, and convenient! Hopefully I never have to use them again because my hard drives last, but knowing they exist puts my mind at ease.

Seagate wanted $500 to *start with* to recover data from my network drive. Hello??!! In desperation I found this outfit (Brian and co.) via a Google search and my initial reaction was "$300, YGBSM..." But then I figured I'd need a new drive anyway and if they get my files and data back for $300 like they said I would be all over it. Within 36 hours they had 100% of my data recovered and the USB drive (which I had to buy from them at a decent price) with my data was on it's way back!!! It does *not* get any better than that - I would unequivocally recommend Brian and $300 Data Recovery to anybody!!!
