- Jul 29, 2009 Installation of my laptop I asked Chris to help install my first ever laptop and printer at home. He made this very easy to understand and took me through the set up stages ensuring I understood every step. My broadband service was not that great and so Chris spoke to BT technical staff personally to query it and managed to get them to switch to a better channel for my area. Since doing so I have had instant wireless broadband connection. I would definately recommend Chris for a brand new install and set up. Jayne of Wimborne
