Steve and Heather Ostrom are great at what... | Steve and Heather Ostrom are great at what they do. My Girlfriend and I were first-time homebuyers. I was referred to Steve Ostrom by my employer. I thought since all you hear is “its a buyers market” it would be a simple process to buy a home. I was wrong. I did not have 10% to put down on a home. So I had to go FHA. I was also trying to buy a house in one the most popular price range below $200000. Steve showed me at least 50 homes and wrote over 15 offers over an 8 month period. He was always will to keep showing me new house and writing offers. I started to give up and he said to keep trying and we would find the right house. And we did a great house in a great neighborhood in Rosville. Trying to buy a foreclosed home with and FHA loan in a good neighborhood in Roseville under $200000 is not a simple task. And if you don't have a realtor who is will the show you the house the same day it hits the market and write an offer you don't have a chance. He helped use ... More » |

Steve and Heather - Great team | We decided to use Steve as our agent based upon a recommendation. We put our house on the market at the worst possible time. It was about 2 weeks prior to the big financial and real estate crash last fall. Steve was a great agent. He is very hardworking, honest, and knowledgeable. He also is just a great guy to work with. He helped us through some pretty difficult negotiations. Heather really complements the expertise that Steve has. Heather brings expertise in marketing, web design, and interior staging which enabled us to present our house in the best possible light on many different online and printed media. As a result, all of our open houses were well attended and our website really gave us great exposure. We even had an offer from someone from Colorado who saw our website and made it the first stop on their house-hunting trip. Steve and Heather Ostrom are awesome!! | We finally closed on our dream home in September and cannot wait to move in next weekend. Steve Ostrom has been exceptional in helping us over the last 12 months of searching. He was always available, very flexible and gave us sound advice.
