Excellent service, excellent rates | We had Bill Andrews set up our small business network; including a network server, several PCs, several printers, and install software on all of the computers. Everything went so smoothly. Bill was professional, thorough and super fast. He came prepared for the few sticky points that came up and was able to work through them quickly and effectively. Great Service | Our company has had Bill Andrews as our computer repair service for a least two years and we have found him to be honest, competent, and hard working. He is always timely in his reponse to our problems and needs, usually going above and beyond to help us. We have recommended his computer repair service to other business and continue to do so. |

Professional, affordable and quick service... | We brought our computer to Bill after a disappointing experience elsewhere. We first brought our computer to a large store that offers on site computer services. They advised us to buy a new computer! Craziness. Our computer was only a few years old, working great and ended up with a virus. I'm sure they are trained to encourage customers to take advantage of the new computers 10 feet from the computer repair area. Anyway, after knowing that was the wrong spot for us, we found Professional Computer Repair. The location was very close to our house and he was available 7 days a week. We brought our computer to Bill and he spoke our language. He got rid of the virus, did some basic clean up and had it back to us in 2 days! All that for $90 - half the cost of services anywhere else. It's been working great and we are so happy we found honest computer repair for a very affordable price. We will recommend him to friends. |

Searching for the finest in computer... | I'd like to share my experience with Professional Computer Repair. Several years back, I got a nasty virus on my laptop which crippled my hard drive. I found a company on line who 'guaranteed' they could fix ANY computer problem. After having them attempt to fix mine 4 times to no avail, I became extremely frustrated with them. A business associate recommended Bill Andrews, The owner of Professional Computer Repair. Not only was he able to help me the same day, he correctly identified my problem and fixed my problem for 1/2 the cost that I had paid the other company. Sadly I had taken my daughters computer to the other company in at the same time for a simple tune up, when I had Bill take a look at hers, there was so much dust in it that it hadn't even been opened yet I was charged for it anyway. Reliable and Honest | I found Bill's Professional Computer Repair through Google, and was more than impressed with the service provided. I took a computer with a series of problems, not the least of which was a burnt out mother board to Bill. After tracking down an out of date motherboard, it started to look like I was just going to end up with an expense and a paperweight. For the same price as the repair, Bill was able to outfit my parts into a machine that he was going to sell. It's from that machine that I happily write this review. |
