Waiting, waiting, drab, waiting | Indifferent and very, very slow service. Ok food. We arrived at almost 2, and were immediately seated. Not a great table -- in the middle of a room with warn carpet and not a lot of light -- but we were ok with that. We were hungry. Then we waited. Eventually someone came and took a drink order, and then we waited. Eventually someone told us what the specials were. We ordered our food on the spot, afraid how long we'd have to wait if we thought about the specials. We waited another half hour. No bread (they said they would get us some. turned out they didn't have any). All told, we had been there 50 minutes when our food came. It was fine. We ate and got out. Well, that is to say, we got out after they finally came back with our credit card. That took about 10 minutes. |
