- Feb 21, 2012 WOW great customer service. I even have family members in the business but I still go to these guys. From start to finish I couldn't of ask for more. Steve Ault, Jason, Tom and Jerry were very attentive and made me feel like family! I was able to get a GREAT TSX for a GREAT price and on top fantastic service. I wouldn't go any place else.
- Feb 18, 2012 We had pretty much decided to go in another direction this time because while we liked our 2004 MDX there where a number of things we were disapointed in. However, we thought we would look at the new model more as a price comparrison than a vehicle we were seriously considering for purchase. Further, I was about 6 months away from actually purchasing a vehicle. The change for us came when we went to the dealer and met JR. He had a very relaxed style, and his approach got my intereest enough to listen to him. When I explained where I was in the buying prcess, he wasn't defensive and did a great job of defending his product and comparing it to other SUV's on the market. More importantly, he convinced us to take the new MDX for a test drive. Long story short, our own research combined with the postive experience we had at the dealer, resulted in us going from casual lookers to serious buyers. I worked with Jon Habel and Tom Cole while purchasing my car. They both were very knowledgeable when asking questions. I felt very confident in making my purchase from Acura Columbus. 5 Stars!

- Nov 7, 2011 Picked up my 3rd car from the folks at Acura Columbus. Everyone there is warm and welcoming most of the manager's have been there forever. I love that they seem to care and take the time to get to know me. I didn't even have to fight to get a good price. My salesman Mike showed me a market report from 100 miles around and how the TSX I bought compared in pricing they are more than fair! A really positive car buying experience is hard to find I would and have sent my family and friends there and will continue as long as they keep up the same level of service.
