- Jun 13, 2011 I have bought a bike at Carolina Bicycle Co. In huntersville as well as two bikes from Spirited Cyclist. Both Shops have good mechanics, Spirited prices are better for mechanical work and also new bike purchases. Those two difference alone would be enough for me to pledge my allegiance to The Spirited Cyclist shop over Carolina Bicycle Co. but those reasons aren't the real reason for me. The service level I receive from Ty and Jay and the rest of the employees at Spirited is so far above and beyond that of the other huntersville bike shop I would be willing to pay more for their services at this point. Their Saturday morning ride will have upwards of 50 other cyclist on the ride, while the other huntersville shops don't even have a saturday morning ride.
- Jun 7, 2011 This is an awesome place to buy a bike. I would highly reccommend these guys over any of the high volume stores in the area. They give you wonderful service, fair prices, and great advice. I have purchased several bikes from the shop and they have bent over backwards to help with any type of service that our family has needed. Ty, Jay, Bobby, and Slider are great and will take great care of you!!

- Mar 11, 2011 I've been to too many bike stores in the last few months, to like a new one as much I liked this one. That tells you how great this place is. They have a small stock, but are beyond helpful and willing to spend time to find you just what you need. Not only that, they offer special perks I didn't find elsewhere. Go see for yourself, you'll love it.
- Apr 5, 2010 Very Helpful Staff I have taken my 3rd-hand bike into these guys a number of times to get some minor adjustments made. Each time, they have helped me locate the source of my problem and made the repair for little or, get this, no cost. Since I did not buy my bike from them, but they keep helping me out, I always buy accessories from them when I can. Everyone there is helpful, but Slider has always been patient and willing to help even though he knows he might get stuck helping me out again for little or nothing.
