The reviews that state the owner is cold are correct! I have left our dog there twice! The first time our dog left with a limp and we told them not to leave her in the heat to play for long periods. The 2nd time (last week) we gave strict instructions not to let her play for 2 hours at a time and only to be allowed to play for an hour!! And of course they didn't do that! We watched on the net and she played for 2 hours at a time ( in the morning and afternoon) They charge top dollar and brag that they are the greatest thing on earth yet they can't even follow owner instructions!‎

I took my 14-year old Lab for a week's stay upon my vet's recommendation. I can't express my appreciation enough for the extra care he received. These people truly love dogs and went way beyond the expected to care for my beloved family member. The fact that they have 24-hour staffing made it possible for my aged pet to go out often even during the night and not be left to soil his kennel or be uncomfortable. Kudos to Jim and his wonderful staff!!‎
