- 7 months ago I recently bought a preowned Lincoln MKX at Sentry West and I found it to be a very positive experience. All the people in the Customer Service, Sales and Service Departments went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my new car. I would definitely recommend Sentry West :o)
- 8 months ago The floor manager (one with balding head) in the service area is notorious. Every time I have been there to get my Mazda serviced i've left with a feeling of being fleeced. The manager is pushy and unfriendly, particularly when you start asking the work details. Outrageously, once he just conjured a figure and declined to give the breakdown. In essence going to this place undermines one's intelligence. I have since started getting my Mazda serviced at Tulley Mazda in Nashua. The seating and comforts are not as flashy as Sentry but when it comes to the personnel there, I donot have any complaints. Therefore, save yourself the misery and find some other dealership.
- 9 months ago I drive over 60 miles just to have my vehicle serviced at Sentry West. The service staff & technicians are very knowledgable & friendly. Everyone at Sentry goes out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable while I wait; whether it be a fresh cup of coffee, WiFi, or watching T.V. by the fireplace, it's always nice to feel welcomed there. When I'm in the market to buy my next vehicle I will definately drive the extra miles to make my purchase at Sentry West. Keep up the great work!!!!
- a year ago Derek Tran is the best sale person I ever worked with. Even though I did all my research online, I was really surprise how much I learned when I got to the dealership. Never once I felt pressured or gotten the run around, I didn't buy the car that day but went back the next week and they still honor the price. Love my Mazda!!!
- a year ago I bought my pre-owned Mazda3 from Sentry and they have an excellent inventory of cars to choose from. My sales rep worked out a great plan on the price and warranty and the overall customer service was absolutely great. I'll definitely recommend coming to Sentry if you're looking for a new/used Mazda.
