- 11 months ago I have used Expertech 5 or 6 times over the last 4 years (I have 2 older cars), and this place is the best. The biggest fear we all have (those of us who know little or nothing about car repair) is that we'll get ripped off. If nothing else, this is where you can feel confident using Tony. There have been times when the problem wasn't really a problem - something like a disconnected hose - and he didn't even charge me! Once he loaned me a car battery so that I could go to the store and buy my own. He said why pay a hundred bucks for my battery when you can buy and install one for yourself for 60 bucks. He's also done bigger fixes, and he always tells you exactly what he charges you for and what must be fixed and what should be fixed. Best in class for sure!
- a year ago This comment is long overdue. I've been an Expertech customer for over 10 years. These guys are the best at what they do and have great integrity. When you can find a service provider like this, it's a real blessing. They have saved me so much money (and time). I would recommend them to anyone and often do. I wish Tony would do a radio Q & A like he used to do, but I suppose he got too busy running his business to continue.
- a year ago Impeccable Honesty I've used Tony Joe and Pat for over 10 years. I made the mistake of buying an extended warranty with a used car purchase at dealership for $900 thinking it would be a good investment. I took the car back to the dealership when a brake light started acting up. After 3 days of my car sitting in the dealership, and the "warranty representative" saying it was caused by a wire rubbing on the housing and not covered, I was floored. The dealership said it would cost over $300 in parts and labor to "guarantee" their Goodwrench" repair. I took it to Expertech and they rewired the problem area for $45 and got it back to me the same day!!! It's still working fine Mr. Goodwrench.
- a year ago Honest, Hard Working, Good Priced Charged me for only the parts that needed to be replaced (not everything they can think up) and the time actually spent replacing the parts rather than squeezing me for every hour possible. Several other people I know have had lots of work done at their shop and only have good things to say about their work.
- 2 years ago Expertech Automotive is a Great Place To Bring Your Car I always talk to Pat when I drop off my Focus, Mustang or Tacoma. He can fix all three with ease, even though they are all very different vehicles. They are a great shop and have good prices. I have referred three different people and they all had positive things to say.
