- 3 months ago I recently had breast augmentation with Dr. Munish Batra at Coastal Plastic Surgeons and could not be happier. At 24 years old, I had noticed a significant decrease in what my breast size had been years ago. I accredited it to my active life style and physically demanding job. I knew I wanted breast augmentation but I didn't want anything too severe or unnatural looking. I didn't want to be one of those girls at the bar, gym, or work that everyone KNOWS had cosmetic work done. I wanted my breasts to look natural and proportionate to my body type, while at the same time, giving me the confidence I needed to look in the mirror and feel beautiful. Dr. Batra understood exactly what I wanted, and together, we decided on 375cc silicone implants. With my height and body type, this brought me to a 36C. - a year ago I have been the lucky recipient of 3 procedures from Dr. Batra at Coastal. I really never expected the outcome to be as nice and subtle as it has been. I know there have been horror stories about all kinds of surgery. Not here. Nobody guesses I have had surgery, but everybody guesses things like "changed your hair" or "lost weight" and maybe they are just being polite. But I love the way my face and body looks, as do the people closest to me. I recommend Dr. Batra.
- 2 years ago A real artist! See if you can find me in the "nose job" rhinoplasty section of their website. I am one of the before and after pictures. I know Dr. Batra has a reputation for being "the breast guy" or the "body lift guy" but what he did for my nose after it was broken and bigtime disjointed in an accident was like a miracle. 2 other doctors were reluctant to take my case. All told, I later came to find that facial reconstruction has been his first area of focus. He doesn't talk about it much but most of his charity work is directed to facial things. In any case, I couldn't be happier with my straight narrow nose, better than before the accident, I think.

Dr. Batra really listened to what I wanted and didn't just make assumptions. He is a skilled artist with a great eye for balance and proportion. My outcome is stunning. I highly recommend him.
