- Jan 19, 2012 1-800-Got-Junk Helped me big time! I was in town briefly to clean out a family members estate and it was a much bigger job than expected. I called in, got same day service and before I knew it there were three trucks and 6 guys unloading stuff from the home. They came on time and got the job done that day saving me a real hassle. THANKS!
- Nov 9, 2011 Horrible experience. When the guys have arrived I was told that they will be able to remove everything in one load, full truck. They told me that they look at the volume not weight. I was told its going to cost me almost $700. I agreed to the price and told them to proceed. When the truck was a bit more than half way full, I was told that they can not take the rest of the stuff because my junk weights too much. They knew from the begining that it is all wood so they could not figure out at first that it was going to be heavy? They do this job every day, they should know better. So at last they left the rest of the garbage there and I have to find someone else to take care of it. Cheaters, scammers. They take advantage of people, thats it. The only positive thing I can say is that the employees are super nice and punctual. Otherwise, no superlatives. WILL ...
- Aug 17, 2011 I used 1800gotjunk from Staten Island. They did a rush job, did not remove all of the "junk" because the truck was too full, did not clean up afterwards as described on website, and after spending $500.00 I still have to find another company to finish the job.
- Jul 10, 2008 SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE I had a closing on my house and needed someone asap. They came 3 hrs after calling the, the guys were great, the job was big so they sent other trucks so that I was able to get it done and not get penalized. They were proffesional, fun, and did such a good job. I honestly had no idea what they did was capable. LOVED EM
