- a week ago Overall: 3 - My son Jared loves this place. I just recently switched over from a traditional dentist who didn't see too many kids. My son was terrified of the dentist prior to switching over to Dr. Nichols. As soon as I tell my son that he has a dentist appointment, he gets dressed, puts on his shoes, and runs to the car to be the first one in (my son is 4!). He loves his dentist now! We love this place! After some work on my son's tooth, we left the office and he started picking on it until it bled. I called Dr. Nichols (this was on a Friday, after hours) and he said that he would meet me and my son at his office to take a look at my son's tooth, EVEN IF IT'S AT NIGHT! I mean, what doctor does this? I recommend this place to everyone who has kids. I'm glad I found a dentist that cares so much about the welfare of his patients. Keep it up Dr. Nichols! You're great!
- a month ago Overall: 3 - My son Christopher has been going to Dr. Nichols for 3 years now and has had nothing less than amazing service! Dr. Nichols and his staff truely provide the experience a little one needs to feel safe and have the right idea about going to the dentist. My youngest is turning one soon and I am excited for her to make her first visit! We also had an emergency with one of my adult siblings, he knocked out a front tooth late at night while playing basketball 4 weeks before his wedding! After not being able to contact his own dentist, I called Dr. Nichols for advice. He came to my brothers rescue at 11:30 pm and saved his tooth! (not even his own patient) We all love Dr. Nichols and his staff. I would strongly recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone!
- 3 months ago Overall: 3 - Well we have a HMO dentist insurance but they dont have the availability of pediotontist as frequent as I would like. My daughter was in pain and the earliest appt i could get through my hmo was in 10 days. Out of desperation I looked up local kids dentistries and pick Dr. Nichols based on reviews here and how friendly the receptionists was when I spoke to her. They also contacted me right away when I emailed them. When we got there I was very impressed with the way the dr. and staff treated the kids. Once the kids come in one of the ladies will say "(enter kid's name) is here!)" and then everyone says in unison "Hi (enter kid's name)!". Its really cool. The dentist at my hmo told me that my daughter needed a baby root canal and fillings but Dr. Nichols did a more thorough exam and told me 'No, she didn't need a root canal and that the pain she was experiencing was from mouth ulcers'. I was shocked, he even showed me the sores in her mouth. And all this time I brushing in that area ...
- 7 months ago Overall: 3 - this is the BEST dental office in the Inland Empire Dr. Nichols and his staff are the most caring people around and my son just loves going there, and he loves to watch the movies while his dental work is getting done.We PRAY they will always be around.
- 9 months ago Overall: 3 - We are a military family and have experienced several dental offices over the years. Just For Kids by far is the best overall service experience. Dr. Nichols and his staff provide a very warm friendly kid environment that makes my children feel so comfortable and at ease. I have recommended Just For Kids to many family and friends and will continue to do so. They are all just awesome!!
