- Sep 5, 2011 Chuck is always available for my questions and is willing to help with any of the problems I encounter with the system - even walking me through troubleshooting and setting changes as needed. I'm very satisfied with his work.
- Sep 4, 2011 Set up a system to allow web based control of access and HVAC at a rental property. Chuck is always available for ongoing support and fine tuning. Very happy with the services provided.
- Feb 2, 2011 The Automated House worked with our temperamental architect and builder to install Control 4 during our renovation, completed November 2010. My husband thought it was a "good Idea." I was indifferent. Little did I know that our house would become an efficient machine. The house wakes up and goes to bed at night with one switch. Le Corbusier would be pleased. Automated House was a delight to work with: pleasant, professional, always available. The installation invisible in our minimalistic home. We are so pleased!
- Jan 30, 2011 The Automated House helped me design and implement a high end home theater and whole home automation (the basement and ground floor). They had absolutely wonderful customer service - always receptive to questions and changes to help make the end solution "just right". The whole project went very smoothly - their attention to detail ensured that everything was accounted for before the first wire was laid. We had a hard deadline (my wife was expecting) and all the work was finished on time. In addition, after the install was completed, Chuck and his folks were always willing to come back and make changes and adjustments. We have been living with the system for 6 months and couldn't be happier.
