- 2 weeks ago I brought my Windows XP desktop to Computer Courage after it experienced problems starting (this was following a power outage which seems to have corrupted the boot sector). Tai, the technician, diagnosed the problem as hardware and told me that the mother board needed to be replaced. I replaced it with a new board that I bought myself, but the problem continued. I suggested that the problem was due to a corrupted boot sector and that all that was needed was to rewrite that part of the disk. Unfortunately, he didn't have that level of knowledge, so I ended up having to buy a new system. He did manage to back my data up onto an external drive, which I was later able to recover on my new computer, but I would have preferred not having to buy a new computer for what should have been an easily fixable problem.
- 5 months ago Computer Courage is great. I had a horrible virus on my computer and could not do anything. Literally, I would turn on my computer and there would be a blue screen. I was worried that I would lose everything. I took in my sickly machine, and when it came back I had all my pictures and music and files, just like nothing had ever happened. Actually, my computer was running better than ever! They also gave me some sweet anti virus software. The next time I have a problem, I am going straight to computer courage.
- 6 months ago I recently brought my computer to Computer Courage when it unexpectedly stopped working due to a mechanical problem. I was very pleased with Adam Schwartz and his team! They were very good about providing regular updates about the status of the repair, and pleasant and helpful when I called inquiring about progress. Adam was diligent about overseeing the work and followed up with me and his team, to insure that work was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend using Computer Courage!
- 7 months ago Adam Schwartz has assembled a great team!!!! They are on top of the latest in website design, website construction, IT, and computer repair. When I wanted a team to design and construct my business website, Computer Courage was the right choice!! The team was very approachable, easy to work with, available to answer questions, quick to resolve issues, and very at adept at implementing my ideas. And the on-going costumer service from Computer Courage has been superb!!! So if you are shopping around for a website designer or website builder or IT or computer repair .... go look at the rest but come back to the best: Computer Courage!!!
- 8 months ago Adam is totally approachable and very easy to speak with, unlike most IT's out there. Being Adam's first full website on his own, I feel like I have seen it all! And he has assembled an equally competent and approachable staff, working both onsite and remotely. Computer Courage has been my IT go-to for two businesses, three websites and a mess of broken stuff! I heartily recommend them.
