- Jul 24, 2007 Horrible The most horrible expierence I've ever had with a title and escrow company. Every peson that had dealings with them made sure to comment on how rude the closing agent and her assistant were. Lawyers that had to issue payoffs for liens even went as far as to say that it would be 5 days just because they were so rude. The lawyer gavethem to us same day after we explained everybody that talked to her had the same remarks. The day docs were sent the closing agent informed us that she needed a bill for every account being paid off and that she refused to record until she received them....This is getting crazy. I would never deal with this company again and would probably never use Ticor in any state again.
