- a week ago I was looking at a few different cars but when I saw the Chrysler 200 and I knew it was the one I wanted! I went and looked at the car at Don-A-Vee in Placentia a few days before I bought it. Jennifer helped us she gave us a lot of information and helped answer my questions, and was not one bit pushy just friendly and helpful! I still had other cars (other makes) in mind that I had to go look at over the weekend, after looking at one other car and dealing with the sales person at the other dealerships I was not impressed. So we went back to Don-A-Vee to buy the Chrysler 200 and Kelson helped us, also very helpful. All and all it was a great place to buy a car and a lot of friendly people working there to help! I love my new car!! :)

- a week ago In shopping for a Chrysler 200 we visited several Chrysler dealerships in Rancho Cucamonga, La Puente and Ontario plus looked online. In the end we found the car in the color we wanted and at the right price, at Don-A-Vee Chrysler in Placentia. The sales person Titus Thomas wasn't into the hard sell or pressure tactics, otherwise we would have walked away. Titus was very attentive and kept us updated throughout the whole process which made us feel like we came to the right place. We told the sales manager what we wanted to pay and the sales manager made it happen. Julie the finance manager was excellent, fast and efficient. She does try to sell you on some additions which we understand is part of her job... and she ended up making it very reasonable for us and we were pleased in the end. - 3 weeks ago What a great buying experience. Kenny Smirz and Mark Harris in Sales are great. When other dealers said my car didn't exist and I would have to order, Kenny found it in San Luis Obispo. With 2 short calls, the car was mine. Everything was arranged over the phone. Julie Byrd in Finance was a hoot to work with. The paper work took only 15 minutes. Everything was as promised. This is the way car buying should be, quick and fun. By the way, I'm crazy about my Grand Cherokee.
- 3 weeks ago Don-A-Vee won my business! There was a closer dealer to me... within 3 miles of my home... but I went 25 miles out of my way to go through Don-A-Vee because the customer service was far superior from the first email/call. When other dealers stalled on finding me the right vehicle, and didn't seem to care when my color choice became difficult to find, Don-A-Vee searched far and wide and found my vehicle in another state. Then, they went 750 files to pick it up. The whole experience was tireless, easy and excellent. Thank you to Kenny and Kelson!!!
