- Feb 21, 2012 My husband ordered roses from them for Valentine's Day and the roses never came. We called them the day of and they said they would be there that day, never came. We called them at 9p.m. on V-Day and got their after hours care and they said they would have the manager call, he never did. Called the next day and got a rude woman who was complaining that the owner wasn't there and couldn't help. Called their customer service again and got someone who said they would leave another note for the manager. Nothing. Called again and got someone from the shop who said the owner wouldn't be in until Monday and would address all of the undelivered flowers then. Hey... it is Monday... surprise ... no call. Seriously this is the worst company in existence. They have an F rating from the BBB and are just awful. NEVER order from them.
- Jan 18, 2012 I absolutely loved my order! The receptionist was friendly and very accurate. The flowers were exquisitely arranged and promptly delivered. I highly recommend this florist for any occasion!

The customer service was extraordinary for catering to my specific requests. I will never use another florist ever again! So glad we finally have a nice & friendly flower shop in Astoria. they go the extra mile! Thanks so much
- Jan 10, 2012 I see that there are terrible reviews for this business, but I had a wonderful experience. Very friendly receptionist who kept me up to date from the moment I placed my order. I ordered flowers for my mother who was visiting from Vermont and she was very pleased with the beautiful bouquet that exceeded my expectation and it looked far better than the picture on the internet. I will be ordering from them again in the future!
- Nov 9, 2011 So so so bad! I used him for my wedding and he was god awful. He owes us money and still hasn't paid our returned our calls.
