- Sep 7, 2011 I have called this shop several times when deployed. I have always been more than pleased with the service and quality I get. The people there are always friendly and willing to help you. This is on of the best shops that is on a military base.
- Aug 22, 2011 Not entirely sure what the other two reviewers are speaking of. I've done business with this florist for years, and the service has always been cordial and helpful. True, they may not have the stock you require on demand (but please remember, flowers are highly seasonal), but the owners try their best to give you the arrangements you want at a reasonable price. Compare them to, say, Martina's chain of florists, and the prices are far better with similar or better quality in almost every case.

- Apr 7, 2010 AMEN Byron! I too have a very bad taste in my mouth from dealing with this florist. Contacted ROSE PEDAL FLORIST from several states away, trying to arrange delivery for my sisters Birthday while she was in the base hospital. In an e-mail (that was VERY poorly written) I was told that I gave them NO CHOICES (in the arrangment - did you call me and TELL me choices-NO!) AND THAT I COULD CHOOSE ANOTHER FLOWER SHOP in August. Not only did I choose another, but also contacted the Base Exchange Genereal manager AND WILL BE contacting Teleflora!
- Feb 10, 2010 Horrible Customer Service!!! DO not do business with!! I called this business at 7am one weekeday morning to try to get flowers delivered to Ft Gordon the same day. After initially saying he would do it, he then changed his mind (because I was being too picky asking for a certain color(s) of flower which he said he had but didnt want to have to "arrange" anything!!) He then told me he didnt want my business. You can be sure that I will post in every forum, listing and consumer guide what terrible service I received. In this day and age with businesses going out every day he chose NOT to take my business and what would have been a $150 sale. Find another Florist this man was terribly rude!!!
