- Jan 4, 2012 I highly recommend Oral Facial Surgical Arts (I went to the Lake Nona office). Dr. Achong performed the biopsy when I was diagnosed with tongue cancer. He and his staff were genuinely concerned for me and went out of their way to answer questions, assist with referrals, set appointments, transfer medical records and provide a memo for emergency medical leave for my work. I cannot thank them enough for helping my family through a difficult diagnosis. Excellent patient care!
- Nov 18, 2011 I have been wearing dentures for the past 20 years and I got tired of them. I wanted teeth that stayed in my mouth all the time. I visited different oral surgeons and I found Dr. Ronald Achong in Clermont to be fantastic. His office made me feel very comfortable and I had the teeth in a day treatment. Dr. Achong placed 4 dental implants in my upper jaw and another 4 in my lower with sedation all in one morning. Later that day I had teeth on the implants that stayed in the mouth all the time. NO more dentures! The whole process went very smooth and I minimal discomfort after the surgery. It feels really great to have teeth that feel and look natural. Now I am able to enjoy eating again. I recommend Oral Facial Surgical Arts if you are sick of wearing dentures.
- Nov 5, 2011 I lost a tooth due to a bad root canal and I was paranoid as it was a front tooth. I did not know what to do and a friend recommended an oral surgeon in the Orlando area. I went to see an oral surgeon at Oral Facial Surgical Arts in Lake Nona and he provided different options for me to replace my missing tooth. I immediately felt very comfortable with Dr. Ronald Achong as he was warm and friendly. Dr. Achong and his office gave me hope and helped me overcome my fears. I did not want to get the bridge as I would have to file down the teeth next to it. Definitely did not want to wear a denture like grandma! So I had a bone graft and a dental implant by Dr. Ronald Achong. Boy, what a wonderful experience! I expected a lot worse and I had no pain after the dental implant procedure. I could not believe it. I certainly will recommend Oral Facial Surgical Arts in Lake Nona to anyone who needs dental implant work. Thank you Dr. Achong and Staff!
- Oct 21, 2011 Bill M.- October 21, 2011. DR RONALD ACHONG and his staff provide excellent, caring and professional service. The Dr took x-rays and explained every step along the way. His office has all the up-to date equipment to make your visit as painless as possible. I needed to have all of my lower teeth removed and replaced with a full implant. Dr. Achong removed the teeth in a painless manner and implanted four (4) posts to which the lower plate would eventually be attached. Upon removing the teeth we found one to be badly infected. Dr Achong removed the infected bone and prepared the jaw to receive the implant. After the bone healed completely the implanted was permanently mounted and has provided me with good dental health, which I have not enjoyed for many years.
- Oct 5, 2011 Dr. Ronald Achong and his staff are just so wonderful, professional and friendly. The office was spotless and clean with the latest state of the art equipment. I came to his Clermont office to extract my tooth and have a bone graft done. During the procedure he explained every thing he was doing. A great, painless experience and I highly recommend Oral Facial Surgical Arts to everyone.
