Safe and Effective | This is not a fancy office but they are HIGHLY experienced. Most people that come to this office have been unsatisfied and wasted their money at other places before coming here. I received treatment for my face and was very satisfied with the results. Their technique is very safe and very effective. There is no obligation to buy a package of treatments. |

One of the best decisions I've made... | My experiences with Capital Laser have been amazing! I'm an attorney in the Arlington area, and I carefully researched my options before choosing Capital Laser. Sue is excellent at what she does, she truly enjoys it, and I would encourage every woman (or man!) interested in laser hair removal to give her a call. I am not exaggerating when I say the treatments I've received were worth every penny – especially because they're permanent! I was lucky to be a good candidate for the laser treatment – I'm of South American background and I have dark hair and light olive-colored skin. My entire adult life I've battled with the best way to remove the hair around my bikini area. Shaving was out of the question – it never failed to leave my skin riddled with embarrassing ingrown hairs and red bumps. Worst of all was just the embarrassment I felt at having such irritated skin. I went to see Sue at Capital Laser last year. My consultation with her put me completely at ease. She was professional, straight-forward, and I never felt pressured. Sue not only carefully explained to me what I could expect, but also took the time to explain the "science" of the procedure to me as well. I scheduled an appointment, and within one treatment I saw dramatic results. For weeks afterwards my skin was smooth, hairless, and for the first time, it wasn't red or irritated. I couldn't wait to go back for my second treatment, and I did so as soon as I could afford it. I've since purchased the package for my bikini and underarms, and my next indulgence will be getting my legs done. Capital Laser's prices are very competitive – and Sue has made it clear she wants me to feel that I'm getting my money's worth. No problem there! I've actually never written an online review like this – but the reviews posted here helped me make my decision last year to go to Capital Laser. I hope mine will do the same for someone else! Capital Laser works! | I got my upper legs and bikini done, and was a great candidate as I had much contrast between my light skin tone and dark hair. After just two sessions, 99% of my hair is gone, and I am thrilled. At the initial consultation, Sue takes the time to meet to explain the procedure and answer any questions. She explains why some individuals are better candidates than others, and does not "oversell" her services. On the contrary, she sees it in her best interest to keep expectations realistic. I appreciated the candor and felt that I understood the risks of less than ideal results. That being said, I've had superb results. |

Love the results! | This was my first experience with laser hair removal and I love the results. The staff at Capital Laser are professional and extremely knowledgeable about what would work best with my skin. They are soooo accomodating (especially when I couldn't find the building in an unfamiliar area - they stayed on the phone with me the whole time!) and flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments. Padrica is an excellent technician who has made me feel comfortable and answers all of my questions. There was a noticeable difference after the 1st visit and I barely had to shave my bikini area after the second. I am very happy to be so close to being hair free! I highly recommend Capital Laser to anyone that is interested - you won't be disappointed:-) |

Very happy with my result | I highly recommend Capital Laser for hair removal treatment. I had my underarms treated and the result was fantastic! Sue and her staff are wonderful to deal with. |
