- a year ago Fine hair cut, BIG price tag. The hair cut i received was fine, but nothing special (it was only a trim). Prior to the cut I called for pricing me and was quoted at $60, however, when it came time to pay they charged me $75. The woman at the counter said it costs more because my hair is 'long' (4 inches below shoulder length). They should have informed me prior to the cut that prices vary based on the length of your hair. I felt as though I was taken advantage of.
- 2 years ago Eyebrow Waxing by Valentina I was looking for a new place to have my eyebrows waxed, so after searching the internet, I decided to give Valentina at Aquamedica a try. My first experience was great. Valentina was very nice and took her time shaping my eyebrows. I was VERY happy with the outcome and will be going back again this week. Thanks again, and keep up the good work!
- 2 years ago Highly Recommend I was very nervous about getting waxed but Valentina is a PRO. The best part about her is how quick she is. She gets the job done fast (and she gets it done right). I will not go to anyone else for waxing after having been to the Aquamedica spa. Valentina did my eyebrows, and at first i was not sure that i liked it because i looked so different -but within a day or so i realized it was perfect and i looked so much better. You will not be disappointed with Aqua Med Spa -the whole crew is top notch.
- 2 years ago Love this place. I love Aquamedica. Valentina and Anatoily are the most welcoming people in the spa-world here in NJ. The facility is so clean and the people are so warm, it makes you want to go back again and again. The best is their 50% off gift certificates - they offer you $ for buying one!!! How can it get better!
- 2 years ago Valentina is not only highly skilled, funny but also a teacher! On Thursday Valentina held a free eyebrow shaping clinic and I had such a great time. Located in the gorgeous Pier Village the spa was beautiful and the staff welcoming. I have been growing out my eyebrows since August after a bad series of waxing. Valentina shaped them into beautiful accents for my face and shared a ton of great tips and tricks throughout the night. She also had a makeup artist on hand to show ladies how to fill in brows that have been over plucked. Do not hesitate to make an appointment with Valentina.
