We had a restaurant.com gift certificate to Flavor of India, so we decided to check it out. Went on Wednesday night, and much to my surprise, they were offering a buffet. We looked at the menu, my fiancé got the lamb korma, I got the buffet. ...

Whenever friends visit us from out of town, we always try to bring them here. When they visit us again, they invariably ask to go to "your Indian place" again. The food is flavorful and adjustable, the kabli nan and chai are fantastic compliments to the meal, and we have yet to be disappointed by anything off the menu or buffet. (The kheer is rather uninspired, but if that's the only bad thing, they're doing great!) Daman and his staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The warmth of a family-run restaurant spills forward to its customers. I can't recommend this place enough.

I have not tried their buffet, but there menu is huge and the quality is great. I'm very happy to have such a great India restaurant locally in Longmont!

Flavor of India has been our "Cheers" for several years. We love the food and the people who own and work there. My favorite, though not on the menu, is Lamb Krahi. The large pieces of fresh vegetables, curry sauce and generous portions of lamb make this a must to try.
