- 5 months ago An 8 lane bowling alley, but great for up here in the mountains. Great way to spend some of the kids energy. Now let's talk about the diner.... great food for a very reasonable price, and a bowling alley as a bonus! We stopped by for dinner and loved it! I really enjoyed the shredded beef burrito with green chili sauce, but the tomales are off the charts great (that is the real specialty)! The soapapillias were just the perfect ending. After visiting with the husband, I learned that Dorothy's was featured on Food network's "Best thing I ever ate" for their incredible tomales. <br/> <br/>What an awesome find and driving for the last 14 hours...the kids are now on their second game of bowling, and the dads are enjoying refreshments from the bar, watching the football game on the tv's.
