- Feb 12, 2012 This taxi service saved my day. I was heading back home after visiting a college, was traveling by myself, and had ordered a cab to pick me up from my hotel. The time came and the cab did not show up, so I called the cab service and they told me that my reservation was not registered, therefore, I will have to call up another taxi service... I was furious. But the hotel had a list of cab companies and first on the list was this one. So I called, freaking out about missing my flight, and this guy Mario ensured me that he will be here in 20 minutes and that I won't miss my flight. He got there in exactly 20 minutes, and I didn't miss my plane. So, I strongly recommend using this taxi service, and ask your driver to be Mario! He's the best!!!

I was arranging transportation for about 15 people, all coming into Cleveland on different flights, going to multiple hotels, and then leaving in two groups from the same location the following day. SuperExpress Transportation provided an accurate quote and detailed speadsheet with my initial reservation requests, and adapted to all of the last-minute changes that always seem to come up when large groups are traveling. The drivers were on time and professional, and very accommodating with our schedule. Overall, great service, extremely reliable, and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them for ground transportation in the Cleveland area!
