- Sep 29, 2011 I dropped in unexpectedly yesterday because my service light was on. I expected to just make an appointment for another day but Jeffrey at the service counter was able to get me in without an appointment and the routine maintenance work that was needed was done in less than two hours while I waited. Jeffrey was very professional and I must say that I really enjoyed everything about my service experience. And did I mention that I absolutely LOVE my Audi A4? It is a beautiful car to look at and to drive.
- Feb 23, 2011 Worst service experience ever. I took my car to Morrison to get some recall work done. At first everything went smooth, until I got the call to pick up my car and they stated that they had forgot to stop working on my car and had performed an hour of computer diagnostics on my car. Since is was their mistake they were only going to charge me for half an hour of labor. After I explained to them that I would not be paying for their mistake they told me that my check engine light was still on and that I needed to change my coolant temp senson. I told them I would just take the car and figure it out later. I took the car home and scanned the car with my ODS scanner and shut off the light and it never came back on. Turns out the light was just tripped from the ignition coils going out(recall work) and unless you turn it off it will stay on, so they atempted to leave it on so that I would have work done at their shop.
