- Oct 20, 2010 Great Shop! I have a Volkswagen Jetta and I have taken it to Hayes European many times for service. I have always found the crew there to be honest and thorough. They always take the time to explain what's wrong with my car and why they are doing the work they are about to do. Their prices are fair and I would recommend that anyone who has a European car of any kind give these guys a look.
- Oct 20, 2010 Good Guys, GREAT SERVICE! I was just about to give up on my C-Class Mercedes when it was blowing fuses. I had a serious electrical issue and had brought it to the dealer and another repair shop. They both said they fixed it, charged me, and the issue continued. It wasn't until I brought my car to Hayes European that they discovered the issue and the manager, Brian, even followed up a couple weeks after I picked it up to make sure the issue had not returned. I am so satisfied that I will never take any of my cars to another repair facility! They explained the issue to me, and were very friendly and professional. Thank you Hayes European! I will be telling everyone about you.
- Oct 20, 2010 Great Expierience @ Hayes!!! So nice to have a good LOCAL mechanic!!! Honest, friendly, and professional !! Wouldn't take my car to anyone but them!!! Have zero problems referring a friend or family member to this business. Was treated very well!!!

Every vehicle that comes into the shop gets more attention than is reflected in their bill. If anyone has any issues with the service provided by us it is our highest priority to rectify the situation. Feb 6, 2010 Best, most honest mechanics ever! I absolutely love this place! They are some of the most honest, reliable people non-the-less mechanics you will ever meet. They always exceed my expectations and even go to lengths trying to save me money. Julio fixed my car on his own time when a complication arose so that I wouldn't be charged extra - I have never found service this amazing anywhere else. You never feel hurried or leave without questions being answered. You can tell that they love their job and take pride in their work. Good prices, good people - they've got my business for life!
