- Feb 26, 2012 We needed to replace our struts while we had done this job before on other cars we have owned this one was a challenge Super people working there helped us out sooooooo much. we saved so much money doing it ourselves and having all the tools was great. I love it here!! Replacing oil pan gasket next.
- Dec 27, 2011 I saved over $200 by going to U-Fix-It ! I needed my exhaust system replaced, meaning take one part out and replace it with the same one... Pep Boys quoted me over $230 for 2.5 hours of labor alone!? I took the parts to U-Fix-It, did the work myself, AND did an oil change in just an hour and a half! I had never done anything like this before and wasn't afraid to get my hands dirty, but having all the necessary tools and some questions answered from the guys there made this job a breeze! I love this place and will definitely go back again!
- Oct 11, 2011 I have never been to this location, but had the opportunity to use this shop twice at their old location. Both times have been great! A+ service, excelent advice, all the tools I needed to do the work, and when I found something that needed repaired they had the right parts delivered in minutes. I will use this shop and take advantage of their experience. Dealer Price-Ufixit Price=$80/hr in my pocket(and dirty hands)! Thanks guys!! - Jul 24, 2011 Great establishment I have now been to U-Fix-IT three times. Every time I go there I come away completely satisfied. I just tried out their new facility on Scottsdale Rd. I was very impressed with the new setup. there is so much more room than at the old facility. This can of course be contributed to the fact that it is now an outdoor facility. There is however, plenty of shade over the lifts and I still think I is a much better location than before. As always, the tools they have are just what I need. I was issued a brand new tool box, and tool set when I was there. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue go there any time I need to do some work to my cars. I will recommend U Fix It to everyone I know!
- May 30, 2011 Found U-Fix-It on the intenet while browsing for self help auto repair centers. I had three issues with my 2006 HHR: 1) Rear Shocks, 2) Front Disc Pads, and 3) Right and Left Front Lower Control Arms. I stopped by U-Fix-It to inspect their facility and spoke to Andreas and Dok. Both were knowledgable about car repair and assured me that if I needed advice it would be provided free . I scheduled an appointment and had Dok order the parts for me. Most of the parts Dok ordered were less expensive than if I had purchased them myself. When I arrived for my appointment, 'my' lift bay was ready, very clean, tool box was neat and orderly, and Mario explained the use and safety of equipment. Mario told me that if I needed a 'special' tool to 'just ask.' Mario also positioned my vehicle on the lift and removed it when work was complete. I used the lift/bay for 2.5 hours and received various pointers from Dok and Mario ...
