brilliant bras | Mona is a sweetheart and knows exactly what she is talking about. She knows how to make a bra fit perfectly and she is very friendly. I highly recommend it. |

Bra Genius | I will admit, at first this visit was a little awkward. I went in and didn't know what to do or where to stand because what I really needed was a good bra fitting. Eventually I began speaking to the woman who worked up front after she was done speaking to someone else in the shop. She let me know that as soon as the 2 other customers were done in the fitting rooms, I would be helped. After that we got along great just chatting about local restaurants and where to get the best chocolate! When the fitting rooms were open, Mona invited me into the back and I let her know what I needed (not only a bra that actually fit, but a strapless for the wedding I am going to be in this coming weekend). She had me take off my top, looked and less than a minute later brought over a bra that, once she showed me the correct way to wear it, was PERFECT. I was shocked, I had never had a bra fit so right. Disappointing | When I shop I like to be acknowledged, but prefer to take my time and find the pieces I like on my own. I went with the intention of treating myself to some new bras/panties, expected to pay between $75-100 for the bras. When I entered (it took about ten minutes to even be buzzed in), I felt as if I was bothering the staff by even looking around quietly. Took another ten minutes to even get a fitting room (there was only one other customer in the store). I tried on the few bras I found, which were cute, but left empty-handed because I refuse to support a shop that shows such a blase attitude to its customers. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff at Coeur, but it made for a disappointing experience. I am not going back. |

Rude service, lots of pressure | I was very disappointed with my experience here, after reading so many great reviews about the store and Mona.. I walked in the store and started talking to another consultant. Mona arrived and took over, I got a sentence into describing my needs and was immediately told I needed to buy a certain product. I had some concerns that it would work and was cut off and told to watch a DVD, twice. When the DVD ended , Mona asked me if I wanted to purchase the product. I started to ask some questions and was cut off again and told "Well you know where we are if you decide you want it." and then immediately brushed off. At that point, the other consultant did try to speak up and help me, but was interrupted by Mona asking her questions about inventory twice. Going to this store was a waste of my time and a terrible experience. I never bother to write reviews, but I was that horrified by the way I was treated here. |
