- Oct 22, 2011 Absolutely amazing 5 star service and attention to detail! I called from out of state the afternoon of a funeral needing an arrangement designed & delivered for that evening... a Saturday! Not only did Moravians work patiently with me to customize my idea of the perfect arrangement, they guided me on what was appropriate to the demographics. I never felt rushed, pressured or hurried to make a decision until we found the perfect combination as we worked through what flowers were available @ 4pm on a weekend. The attention to detail and customer service is typically only what you find in the most exclusive of places. Thank you to Matthew for your guidance, creation & design , to Lisa & Aziza for your gracious customer service! Any future business I have in the area will be with Moravians. Pam, Rocco, Hana & Zoo!yep...they even took care of the pets!
- Aug 4, 2011 Angelo Aug. 4 2011. Yesterday i called your business in reference to having you send arrangements to Massapequa L.I. i was very hesitant about doing so. After talking it over wirh my wife we decided to give you our order, I believe i talked to Sue, and she reassured me that Moravian would do everything themselves, and they did they guaranteed everything. When i walked into the funeral parlor and saw the Tear Drop arrangement first, i was overwhelmed, it was simply beautiful and then i saw the Bleeding Heart it was the best I've ever seen, Moravian you do outstanding work with flowers and keeping promises. - Mar 6, 2011 Best Florist on Staten Island I have used Moravian Florist for few different occasions - my parents anniversary, thanksgiving dinner and my daughters sweet 16 birthday, and they always have consistent high quality flowers, amasing designs and impeccable customer service - people are so nice. In addition I always recieve many complements on their flowers. They have serviced our family for funeral flowers in Brookllyn and New Jersey too! I would recommend Moravian Florist for either delivery or an event, as i am very happy with their service! Always! Highly recommended!
- Oct 23, 2010 Excellent I used to buy my flowers from one of those national web sites, the flowers were nice but one day an unexpected credit card charge showed up. Apparently I had to UNcheck some box not to be charge for a monthly service I did not want. That was the last time I dealt with them. I decided to go local and the flower may be a little more money but the quality is amazing and great service. From now on I buy locally, then I have someone to yell at if I have a problem. Great flowers, thanks.
Aug 2, 2010 So Sad but,you(Moravian) were there...... Sundays are days for rest, usually that is; yesterday was not. Our dear cousin had lost her son to a heart attack, the month before and grief's eye continued to watch us. In an akward attempt to relieve it's gaze, I needed to send "something". Moravian came through. Jeanne was there, in her effort we found out, my family had a special link to the florist and it seemed to relieve the stress of the moment. The little tree, it's beauty and esthetic was truly peaceful. The courier was available to deliever the tree on a Sunday, which in the future, will be special, when we are once again together in happier times. Thanks for your help.
