This condominium complex is becoming a ghetto for felons and security is a joke. For Example: Frank Federici is a known felon is living with his mother (2043 Denmark Street - apt. 49 - ) and is not the only felon living in this complex. Why has this condo complex turned into a rehabilitation center for felons instead of a retirement complex for thos of us over 55 years of age? Bottom line is that he should be thrown out onto the street.‎

gulf beach in Clearwater, and short drive to airport and I stayed with a friend for two weeks and found the condo village a pleasure to visit. It is a 55+ retirement community but there are a sprinkling of younger people which is nice and good facilities for golf (9 and 18 holes) swiming ...‎
