- Nov 10, 2010 Very bad attitude I tried to ask some questions about tickets today. At first the lady called Paula was nice and sweet. I like her voice a lot. But a moment later her voice was impatient. She said I would have to pay 1800 dollars to go to Japan. I trusted her and said thanks. But after I checked some websites,I found the cheapest price is around 1000 dollars. I was confused and hen called her again, she was still impatient and said if I wanted to buy cheap air tickets, do not turn to their agency... I think she is right. I had better ask other agencies to get cheap ticket and useful information instead of theirs. Thanks, Paula!
