The worst customer experience i've... | I've been expecting a letter in the mail that is actually fairly important for 5 days now that was sent "Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery) and its still yet to be here. So I did what most of us would do try to find out where the stupid thing is. So first I call to see if they can check on it for me, they say I need to come into the post office to see if its there. Then I get there and they say you need to call back in the morning which i did and i swear to god if i would have been this lady's supervisor i would have fired her on the spot. Basically if you need something important sent, use FedEx and don't waste your time with USPS |

You will regret this | I went in last week to send a package to my grandmother. She suffers from a tremendous amount of health problems, so i decided to bake her some homemade cookies and send them to her to cheer her up. When I went up to the counter, the man asked me what I was shipping. I responded that I was sending cookies to my grandmother. The man then proceeded to open the box and eat a cookie. At this point I was outraged! I informed the man that the cookies were for my grandmother and he then took the chewed up cookies, spit them back in the box and said, "there now she doesn't even have to chew them. |

Terrible Customer Interaction | I was trying to send some burned DVDs to a friend and the guy at the counter was speaking in such thick ebonics I could barely understand him. He kept asking me what they were and I told him "they're just burnable dvds full of raw audio that needs to be mixed together" and he just looked at my like I was crazy. He went and got some other employee who also said he didn't know what they were and he didn't want to ship suspicious materials. I told him they were burnable DVDs and he said he couldn't ship flammable materials, put the discs under the counter, and said he was going to call the FBI because I was a terrorist. I called him an idiot and demanded my discs back, and then they told me it was closing time and that if I wanted them back I should ask the FBI when they get a hold of me later. Jerks. |

Horrifying Experience | I asked them to mail a package containing a religious statue to my nephew. They insisted on opening the package to make sure there weren't any illegal substances. I asked why and I was shocked when the clerk told me that "I looked suspicious". They opened the package against my pleading and broke the statue in half to find nothing inside of it. Neither the clerk nor the manager would apologize. When i asked to be reimbursed they told me to leave because it was quote: "closing time" (it was only 4 PM). I have never been more outraged in my life. Avoid this place like the plague. |
