- 5 months ago Posh pampering that makes you feel like you deserve it! Maxine is a gracious host, and her staff is top notch! Always leave with great cut and color, and they have a perfect location for salon services after a day on the Mag Mile. They've been featured in all f the top fashion and beauty magazines for a reason - because they deserve it!
- a year ago Best Cuts I have looked for years for a stylist that can work with my fine hair. I have been to the top salons in Chicago and after every cut I always had to go home to "fix" my hair before I could go out in public. Then I found Maxine and Severn!! He gives the most precise cut I have ever had and he asks every time I come in how the previous cut worked out and what I want him to do ths time. He LISTENS and I always walk out happy. Plus, all the staff are extremely nice and you never get any attitude. This is the best haircut in Chicago .
- 2 years ago Bad cuts Horrible cuts!!! I have tried different stylists and some of my worst cuts were gotten here. Very satisfied with color. Also, disappointed that there's an extra charge for blowdrying after color process.
- 2 years ago Best Cut Ever! I am so impressed with this salon! I was super nervous about finding a new stylist in Chicago, but I went to Evan Roberts, and he gave me the best cut I've ever had. He works great with long hair, and listened carefully to what I wanted before getting started. I'm getting married, and I was worried about getting too much chopped off. He just took off a little. Evan gave me a great cut, with beautiful layering towards my face. I highly recommend him and the Maxine salon!
- 2 years ago Wonderful colorist and hairstylist Robert Benett is the best colorist. He is a true master of his profession. I go every 8 weeks and my hair is healthy and stays shiny. I receive many compliments. Malese does a fantastic haircut with the perfect grow out. I trust her completely with my hair. Excellent.
