Aug 2, 2009 Great Job I had 3 windows replaced from 1st Choice. They replied my e-mail promptly. Rich and Paul were very polite and neat. They left my house spotless after the job done. I even have them doing couple more projects around my house this summer.
- Jul 26, 2009 Wonderful Job! - July 24, 2009 We are very pleased with the work that 1st Choice did. Before deciding on 1st Choice, we had contacted 5 other businesses about having Harvey Windows installed. We decided on 1st Choice because we felt that Rich was very experienced in the field, knew his product well and answered all our questions. He replaced 18 windows, installed a new mullion in a bedroom, and made repairs to our. Anderson windows. His partner Mike did a wonderful job adding trim to 4 front windows to match our front door . Rich, Mike and Paul performed their work in a very professional manner. They began early in the morning, sometimes worked thru lunch, and cleaned up when they finished - a hard working crew. - Jul 20, 2009 Great Job! I needed to have an attic staircase installed as well as florring for the attic. From the moment I first had contacted 1st Choice, Paul, one of the business partners, came over to look at the attic to take measurements and we were in constant contact conerning cost and to make adjustments to the project. He even came over a second time to double check that a wider staircase could be installed (which because of the trusses it couldn't) After a date was set for the project, Paul and his partner Rich were punctual and worked very well together. The project was completed in a day and it looks and works great. We certainly will consider them for future projects.
- Dec 12, 2008 Simply the Best! There is not enough room here for all the positive things I have to say about 1st Choice. They have replaced my front door, storm door, drop-down attic stairs and put all new windows in my house. These guys are simply the best. I cannot wait to get money saved up to call them for my next home improvement project. They answer phone calls PROMPTLY! Estimates are reasonable and accurate the first time -- no price changes halfway through the job. Work is started and completed in timeframe promised. The BEST part is -- no mess. They cleaned the work areas spotless when they left, I did not have to do a thing. These two guys are probably the nicest, most courteous contractors you could ever meet. They even spent time talking to my chatty 3-year old son, explaining what they were doing and showing him the power tools. I highly recommend 1st Choice Home Improvement!
