- Jan 25, 2012 I called the hotel direct to place a special reservation. Casey Wagner was happy to accomodate my requests all the while being a pleasure to work with. Casey suggested a better rate than AARP and he further helped out by searching for our Hilton Honors account. Excellent customer service, Casey! Thank you.

- Jan 28, 2011 What do you dislike about Hilton Omaha ? Staff was very unfriendly, they didn't seem to appreciated the consumer at all. The rooms were very small and only had FULL size beds, not Queens like other hotels. On a positive note the Bell staff was very friendly and helpful. Pricing of the hotel was too high for what I think the Omaha Market is worth. Plus you must pay for parking. High speed internet is $10! Ridiculous!
- Sep 19, 2011 I really love this hotels large, clean and freshly updated rooms. Furnishings and appointments made it seem like a much fancier hotel. The restaurant was good but prices were medium/high. The zoo package is an excellent deal if you are visiting with your family. The staff was friendly and the location convenient. THE lobby was beautiful. I will be back next time I am in Omaha.
