- Sep 22, 2010 Honest Trasmission People, Rarer than honest politicians Been going here for over 30 years. The only car place I would let my 22 year old Daughter venture without me shadowing her. I don't care if it may be a little out of your way. It's worth the peace of mind. And to get the job done right by the best techs in the .industry. Don't overlook this often ignored maintenance that will keep your car on the road, and not on the side of it.
- Jul 26, 2010 Amazing Service Jim Jennings is the best place to go to. They are indeed honest as the other reviewers stated. My car was having some transmission issue and they were able to assist with troubleshooting over the phone, working me through each step even when they were closed. I was so grateful for their assistant and will recommend everyone to go to Jim Jennings any time!
- Jul 6, 2010 Absolutely Amazing Gary, the second generation owner of Jim Jennings, is polite, personal, and professional. We had my other Pontiac Grand Prix's transmission rebuilt at Jim Jennings a year prior and started experiencing some major problems with my older Pontiac Grand Prix that had not been serviced. So, I called up Jim Jennings and spoke with Gary to inquire if it was something they could service. I described my problem, and with me not being very knowledgeable about cars, Gary took the time to explain to me what he thought might need to be serviced, what each component function was, and pointed me in the right direction of a reliable mechanic shop closest to my house. I am extremely appreciative of Jim Jenning's shop, its owner, and its employees. If only other mechanics were as honest and reputable!
