- 3 months ago Overall: 3 - Teletha is an awesome agent who gets 5 stars from us. She is the best. We revamped our insurance portfolio recently and saved a bunch of money due to Teletha's knowledgable help. Peck-Glasgow is fortunate to have Teletha as an agent.
- a year ago Overall: 3 - Tailetha our agent is awesome. We lost our house in the tornado and she personally came to what was left and we cried together. You put your trust in an agent never planning to have a disaster, but I'm so glad we put our trust in Peck Glasgow and Tailetha. They really care about their customers. They signed us up with Cincinnati Insurance and they were great during the aftermath. Wouldn't never change insurance companies. Our family is so blessed to be associated with such honest, loving people.
- a year ago Overall: 2 - I couldn't give you five stars but no one is perfect. 8) This is my second year of using Peck-Glasgow. The main reason I guess was and is because of price. I fortunately haven't had a claim so I can't comment if that were to happen. I hope if I do have a claim it will be the same courteous helpful response as you have taking my money. 8)
