- Mar 1, 2012 A daunting, life-changing situation, made less so. Attorney March and her associates walked me through all the steps, and answered every question I had. They were exceptionally professional and considerate throughout the process. I never felt I could have been in safer hands. I would recommend them to anyone facing similar circumstances. - Feb 4, 2012 The decision to file Bankruptcy was a life-changing experience. With Attorney March at the helm, it was so much smoother and calming than we could ever have thought. We went to 3 different attorney's prior to consulting with Attorney March. We were sure that we would have trouble qualifying for a Chapter 7, however Attorney March pointed out a not-well known provision regarding consumer versus non-consumer debt, and we were able to easily qualify - not one of the other attorneys that we spoke with ever brought this up. I looked at the qualifications of Kathleen March and realized that her many years as a bankruptcy judge gives her a distinct advantage in representing me and my case.
