- Jan 19, 2012 We moved a new (to us) house in December, and have used Tingey several times for plumbing and heating issues. We've had them install a new garbage disposal and hot water heater, green sticker/tune up our furnace, and install a combustion air vent in our furnace room. They're easy to schedule, show up when they say they will, and their technicians are professional and friendly. Tingey's prices seem reasonable, especially for the high quality of the work. I appreciate that they take the time to diagnose whatever problem is occurring, and they won't recommend an expensive solution if a cheaper one will work. For instance, when our hot water heater was leaking, the first thing that Ken Tingey did was to make absolutely sure that the leak was coming from the tank and not a bad valve - he would have happily helped me get a little more life out of the old heater with a quick fix, even though they'd brought a new heater and were ready to install it. All of the technicians have been great about explaining the work they do before ...
- Jan 11, 2012 Tingey plumbing and heating is a professional and responsive company. I have used them before and was very happy with their service and expertise. I would hightly recomend them to anyone who needs a good plumber or hvac company.
- Jan 4, 2012 Great experience! I thought for sure I had a broken main water line based on where it was leaking. Jim spent 15 to 20 mins diagnosing the problem and suggested it wasn't the main line at all. He was right and I ended up being able to temporarily plug an unknown sprinkler line in order to get water back to my house. They were very helpful and professional, I would definitely refer them to a friend.
- Dec 6, 2011 First time I have called them for a Heating problem. The problem was not critical but they were great and had somebody there quickly. The technician was gracious, professional very thorough. Then after the tech leaves I get a call back from their office to be sure everything was fixed and how the service was. I have used this company for several plumbing issues and each time they have solved my problems fast and professionally and the charges were always lower than expected. I would not call anybody else. Tingey is the best!!!
- Nov 29, 2011 I work for another plumbing and heating contractor. Whenever I cannot get to a customer in time I have them call Will and the crew at Tingey. They are very professional and I would recommend using them when you need an expert for plumbing or heating.
