- Feb 4, 2010 GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I am the owner of Buffington's Flowers in Columbus, Ohio and had to call for a last minute floral arrangement to be sent to a funeral home in Ambridge, PA for a client of mine. I was so impressed with the customer service from Phil at Heritage. I explained that my client just found out about the funeral and that the service was in about an hour. He said "No problem. I will take something over right now!" As the owner of a flower shop for the last 15 years and dealing with flower shops all around the country, where this kind of customer service is not always the case, What a pleasure it is to do business with Heritage. THANKS!!
- Feb 2, 2010 Excellent Service, Great Funeral Flowers I ordered flowers for a funeral , heritage floral shop did a fantastic job! They came highly recomended. When I went to the funeral home I was very pleased with the big basket that they did. I needed a delivery quickly and they were able to get it done for me. Very pleased.

I used Heritage Floral Shop several times and I am always very pleased with not only the beautiful , fresh flowers that I get but also the great customer service. Heritage Floral really goes above and beyond they even took a last minute order and delivered it for me. I would never think of going anywhere else anymore. I am a lifetime customer! Thanks Heritage
- Sep 22, 2009 What a great place! I just placed an order with this floral shop for a sympathy throw (blanket). The gentleman I spoke with was very understanding and helpful with the appropriate gift to send to a co-worker. I appreciated the time and assistance. The cost of the throw was far less than the other floral shops and of good quality.
