- 2 years ago GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I am the owner of Buffington's Flowers in Columbus, Ohio and had to call for a last minute floral arrangement to be sent to a funeral home in Ambridge, PA for a client of mine. I was so impressed with the customer service from Phil at Heritage. I explained that my client just found out about the funeral and that the service was in about an hour. He said "No problem. I will take something over right now!" As the owner of a flower shop for the last 15 years and dealing with flower shops all around the country, where this kind of customer service is not always the case, What a pleasure it is to do business with Heritage. THANKS!!
- 2 years ago What a great place! I just placed an order with this floral shop for a sympathy throw (blanket). The gentleman I spoke with was very understanding and helpful with the appropriate gift to send to a co-worker. I appreciated the time and assistance. The cost of the throw was far less than the other floral shops and of good quality.
- 2 years ago Very disappointing service, misrepresented arrangement BUYER BEWARE. My mother called this florist (she doesn't live in Ambridge), and placed an order to be delivered to a family friend's memorial service. She had asked for some suggestions for an arrangement, and the woman at Heritage went on and on about how beautiful the lilies and roses they had were. So my mother asked for an arrangement of those. Instead, she arrives and finds an arrangement including mostly sunflowers (?!?). For a man's passing (!?!). She was sure there was some mistake, called and spoke with the same woman, who said they had merely agreed on a "mixed flower" arrangement. She would NOT send another arrangement, but was willing to give a 10% discount -- not particularly generous, considering we probably received leftover flowers that they had on hand. Love the reviews you will probably read below, doubtless they are friend and family reviews. Don't believe them!
- 3 years ago We were blown away by the gorgeous flowers We were blown away by the gorgeous flowers for our wedding done by Karrie Hlista and Heritage Floral Shoppe. We did not know much about flowers going into the planning, but we knew we wanted an elegant fall color scheme for our flowers. Karrie spent a lot of time with us over the phone to get a sense of what we liked and the look we were going for. Since we were in California and she was in PA, it was a little bit of unknown of how it would all look and turn out. When I arrived at the church, I was amazed at how beautiful all the flowers were, beyond what I could have imagined. Everyone immediately started commenting on how beautiful they were. We received many, many compliments throughout the day on how beautiful the flowers and centerpieces at the reception were. Thank you Karrie for making our wedding day even more beautiful that imagined!
